JWCoop/Dangerous Felon, Professional Criminal

My name is Barbara, I am a law abiding professional woman who was taken hostage, threatened with physical violence and swindled by a man who calls himself JW Coop. This person has a greater than 18 year history of violent crimes and acts of fraud agianest woman in several states. He is currently living in Fresno Calif and is on felony probation for domestic violence on his last wife, who he also swindled for more than $60,000.00. This person has more than 9 alias and served four years in prison in Colorado from 2002 to 2006 for beating a woman, breaking her cheek and stealing her Dodge pick-up truck. Proir to that arrest he served 2 years probation In Missouri for assault on a woman from 1991 to 1993. He also changed his name in 1991 from Warren Swoger to JW Coop. He is extremely dangerous and has a very elaborate scheme which typically involves spinning stories of his wealth, power and connections to a 'Federal Judge Calhoun". He claims to have a family cattle ranch, to be a professional cowboy, to have oil wells and a daughter with grandchildren in Texas. All of these stories are complete and utter fabrications. I have contacted the Fresno Police Department who state that their is no crime in lying. All woman be aware, this man is extremely proficient in his deceit and knows the police will not prosecute him.
